Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Description:
Supports the design of new products in a 3-D modeling environment through the application of design principles, analysis, and testing. Performs technical reviews of work done by others in the department for completeness, design intent, and manufacturability. Reviews designs of existing products with an eye toward design and manufacturing cost reductions. Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. Provides design information to drafting for packaging documentation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works directly with Applications Engineering, Customers, and other people in department to provide direction about product requirements and design specifications.
- Participates in the development design concepts for simple to complex designs.
- Acts as Project Manager for assigned projects and coordinates activities with other functions to ensure all Customer expectations are met.
- May direct activities of other employees.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Office administration including expense control, travel arrangement, leave management, phone answers and daily administrations.
- Support for Sales activities
- Assist Sales manager for marketing information collection, data consolidations and generate reports.
- Assist Sales Manager and Finance Dept. to trace the PO and invoiced shipment status.
Requirements:
- University, graduated
- 2+ years relevant working experience in customer service, office administration, sales or secretary capability is a must.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, writing and reading with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) capability
- Possess excellent coordination skill
Job Title: Applications Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify new applications or enhancement to customer specific design and provide solutions
- Provide interface between Customer and design engineering, manufacturing engineering and production personnel to develop solutions and ensure implementation. Oversee all product design communications with the customer and all communications with designers
- Handle product specifications, ability to understand technology capability/limitation and work closely with customer on various ways to approach new requirements. Drive non-standard product evaluation and interface with product / design engineering
- Responsible for first article qualification, including methodology-member of final approval team
- Develop and present demonstrations and application of products
- Attain technology roadmaps and observe technical trends and provide visibility to Sales and Operation
- Provide technical guidance and overall customer support on all test issues
- Publishes technical application papers and documentation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of mechanical systems/ handlers, Automated Test Equipment & Signal Integrity
- Package test experience, including sockets, actuation methods, & thermal management
- Knowledge of customer's technical and business protocols
- Ability to manage local field service personnel
- Test floor hardware knowledge and skills
- Competent with all design and corporate tools (e.g. Pro-E, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
