Contact Tester Capabilities:
Cycle Pogo Pin, Test and perform resistance (CRES)measurement as low as one (1) mille-Ohm with complete pin map, chart and report, for product validation.
This service can be provided to all ProFab customers as well as contactor suppliers.
Profab's New Kelvin Contact Sockets
ProFab Technology, Inc. has manufactured a new Kelvin Contact Socket with pitch as low as 0.26mm.
The Kelvin Contact Socket has current capability as high as 7.0Amp per contactor.
The Kelvin Contact sockets boast fine pitch, high current, great performance and long life span.
